🚚 Delivery Information

Your floral gift will be hand-delivered by our trusted driver. If no one is home, we’ll either:

• Leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered spot, or

• Leave a card asking the recipient to contact us to arrange a more convenient delivery or collection time.

⏰ Delivery Timing While we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10AM.

• During peak periods or high workloads, same-day delivery may not be possible.

📅 Delivery Days We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 10AM and 3PM. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays, except for Mother’s Day and Christmas. Need an out-of-hours delivery? Contact us to check availability.
